At ForBabyShop, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient shipping service to our customers worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and what to do in case of issues with your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping, except for Spain. There are no regional restrictions for our deliveries.
2. Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range between 7 to 30 business days.
3. Multiple Warehouses & Split Shipments
To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, we ship orders from multiple warehouses worldwide.
As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are shipped from different locations.
Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided via email.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping above 100$ on all orders.
Shipping costs do not depend on destination or order weight.
The total shipping cost will not be displayed before checkout.
5. Order Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number that will be sent to the customer via email once the order has been shipped.
Customers can track their orders in real time through the carrier’s tracking system.
6. Shipping Carriers and Methods
We work with various shipping carriers, depending on the destination.
Customers cannot select a preferred shipping carrier or shipping method.
7. Delivery Issues
If an order exceeds the estimated delivery time, we will provide the customer with compensation.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will determine whether to issue a replacement or refund.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we will attempt to contact them for correction. If we are unable to reach the customer, the order will be canceled and refunded.
8. International Shipping
Depending on the country of delivery, custom duties or additional taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for any such charges.
We do not offer assistance if an order is held in customs.
