At ForBabyShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Return Period
Customers can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Some products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons (see Exceptions and Special Policies section).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition and unused.
- It must include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with it.
- The product must not show signs of use, washing, or customer-caused damage.
- Hygiene-related products are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must:
- Contact us via email at info@forbabyshop.com, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
- Attach photos of the product and packaging to assess its condition.
- Once the return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
Important: Returns without prior approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the return is approved, we will refund the product price and the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Methods
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method the customer used for the purchase.
- The estimated refund processing time is 7 to 14 business days from the receipt and validation of the returned product.
6. Exchanges and Replacements
- We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, you must place a new order.
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will evaluate the situation to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable.
- The customer must return the defective item before receiving a replacement.
7. Exceptions and Special Policies
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Hygiene and personal care products due to sanitary reasons.
- Products that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
